ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners approve the PSA between KCHN and Kittitas County to
employ Community Health Workers. (Effective 7.1.2022-6.30.2023)
BACKGROUND:
The PSA establishes that the contractor (Kittitas County) shall employ one or more Community
Health Workers, who will work to decrease barriers to accessing COVID -19 vaccination for
Kittitas County’s Latinx and Spanish-speaking households.
INTERACTION:
Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved July 8, 2022
Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved by July 18, 2022
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners approve the PSA between KCHN and Kittitas County to
employ Community Health Workers. (Effective 7.1.2022-6.30.2023)
