ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Public Health Director on the
Consolidated Contract Amendment 5 (Effected dates:1/1/2022 – 12/31/2024).
BACKGROUND:
Adds Statements of Work for the following programs:
• Covid Mass Vaccination -FEMA-Effective January 1, 2022
• DCHS-ELC COVID-19 Response-effective January 1, 2022
The amendment also adds an increase of $217,313.00.00 for a revised maximum consideration
of $3,095,724.00.
INTERACTION:
Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on 7/8/2022
Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on 7/18/2022
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Public Health Director on the
Consolidated Contract Amendment 5 (Effected dates:1/1/2022 – 12/31/2024).
