RESOLUTTON No. 2022- l'51
RESOLUTION TO SET MINIMUM LEASE PRICE FOR COTJNTY PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 830 NORTH POPLAR STREET, ELLENSBURG.
WHEREAS: Kittitas County purchased the property at 830 North Poplar Street
Ellensburg, WA in March of 2015; and
WHEREAS: Kittitas County has determined that the building needs extensive repairs to
the Mechanical and Electrical systems along with other major repairs and not in the best
interest of the County itself to make these repair; and
WHEREAS: Kittitas County has decided to set the minimum price that the property can
be lease for at $. I 6/sqft per year for the ground only for tax parcel 183734, 193734 and
043734 and with all repairs and updates to the building to be the responsibility ofthe
lessee; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of County Commissioners
agree to set the minimum price that the property will be leased at $.16/sqft per year.
