BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COT]NTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTTON No. 2022- l'51 <br />RESOLUTION TO SET MINIMUM LEASE PRICE FOR COTJNTY PROPERTY <br />LOCATED AT 830 NORTH POPLAR STREET, ELLENSBURG. <br />WHEREAS: Kittitas County purchased the property at 830 North Poplar Street <br />Ellensburg, WA in March of 2015; and <br />WHEREAS: Kittitas County has determined that the building needs extensive repairs to <br />the Mechanical and Electrical systems along with other major repairs and not in the best <br />interest of the County itself to make these repair; and <br />WHEREAS: Kittitas County has decided to set the minimum price that the property can <br />be lease for at $.
