BOARD OF COI.INTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUIITY OF'KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION <br />No.2022- I 4 5 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CLOST]RE OF THE KITTITAS COI]NTY PROSECUTING <br />ATTORNEY'S OFFICE <br />WHEREAS, <br />WIIEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />wHEREAS, <br />the Kittitas County Board of Commissioners has the authority, pursuant to RCW 36.16.100, to <br />approve changes by resolution in the days and hours that County offices shall be kept open for the <br />transaction of business; and <br />the Kittitas County Prosecuting Attomey's Office (KCPAO) has requested that the department be <br />closed to the public on the third Thursday of every month from 3:30pm - 5:00pm; and <br />said closure is needed for the purpose of conducting training for the staff of the KCPAO; and <br />it is sometimes necessary to cancel the all-staff training, in which case the KCPAO will remain <br />open to the public.
