AGENDA DATE: July 19, 2022
ACTION REQUESTED: Request Boards signature on the Professional Service
Agreement with Skycorp LTD for removal and disposal of
County owned mobile homes.
BACKGROUND: Kittitas County purchased the Shady brook mobile home park
and has been purchasing trailers as people have move from
the park.
On June 7, 2022, we went out to bid for the removal of six of
the county owned mobile home and received two bids. The
County has done its due diligence to confirm that the low bidder
is a licensed and bonded contractor within the State of
Washington.
INTERACTION: Prosecutors office
RECOMMENDATION: Recommend the Board of County Commissioners sign the
Professional service agreement with Skycorp LTD.
HANDLING: Return signed copy
