ACTION REQUESTED:
Request Board of County Commissioners to sign resolution setting the minimum price to lease property.
BACKGROUND:
Kittitas County purchase the property at 830 North Poplar Street in March of 2015. Since that time the
property has sat vacant.
In order to move forward with a request for proposals a minimum price must be set for the leasing of the
property. The attached resolution reflex the price that has been consistent with ground leases that the county
has at the airport.
The existing Bowling Alley Building is in need of major repairs that will require anyone who submits a
proposal to lease the property to invest in upgrades to the building.

RECOMMENDATION:
Recommend Board of County Commissioners to sign the resolution to set the minimum fee for the Property
at 830 North Poplar to be leased.
