AGENDA DATE: July 19, 2022
ACTION REQUESTED: BOCC Signature of mylar granting final approval for the Suncadia Ph. 2 Div. 7 Plat
(LPF-22-00004 & LP-22-00001).
BACKGROUND: The Ph. 2 Div. 7 Preliminary Plat was approved on May 17, 2022 through Resolution
No. 2022-114. The plat covers approximately 368.7 acres accessed via Swiftwater
Drive.
The applicant submitted the final plat application on May 31, 2022, requesting final
mylar approval for the Suncadia Ph. 2 Div. 7 Plat. A second complete submittal
package containing updated information was received on July 11, 2022. This Plat
creates 148 detached residential lots with associated roadways, lake amenity, open
space and service tracts. The proposed lots range in size from 14,200 to 62,000
square feet. Staff reviewed the final mylar with supporting documentation and finds
that it is consistent with the preliminary approval documents. The mylar has been
reviewed by all reviewing departments, and all signatures have been obtained.
INTERACTION: Board of Commissioners, Community Development Services, Public Works, Public
Health, and Assessor’s Office.
RECOMMENDATION: Signature of the BOCC Chair on the mylar for final plat approval of the Suncadia
Ph. 2 Div. 7 Plat (LPF-22-00004 & LP-22-00001).
HANDLING: Return signed mylar to staff for transmittal to authorized agent for Treasurer
signature and recording.
