KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON

SPECIAL MEETING
WEDNESDAY 3:00 P.M. JUNE 29, 2022
Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Vice-Chairman Cory
Wright and Commissioner Brett Wachsmith.
Others: Emily Smith, Administrative Assistant; Dan Carlson,
Community Development Services Director.
SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS
At 3:01 p.m. Chairman Osiadacz opened a Special Meeting and
announced the Board and Dan Carlson would recess into an Executive
Session until 3:21 p.m. to consider the minimum price at which real
estate will be offered for sale or lease when public knowledge
regarding such consideration would cause a likelihood of decreased
price. However, final action selling or leasing public property
shall be taken in a meeting open to the public. Possible action
anticipated.
At 3:21 p.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No
action was taken.
At 3:21 p.m. Chairman Osiadacz announced the Board would recess into
an Executive Session until 3:41 p.m. to evaluate the qualifications
of an applicant for public employment or to review the performance
of a public employee. However, subject to RCW 42.30.140(4),
discussion by a governing body of salaries, wages, and other
conditions of employment to be generally applied within the agency
shall occur in a meeting open to the public, and when a governing
body elects to take final action hiring, setting the salary of an
individual employee or class of employees, or discharging or
disciplining an employee, that action shall be taken in a meeting
open to the public. No action anticipated.
At 3:41 p.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No
action was taken.
At 3:41 p.m. Chairman Osiadacz announced the Board would recess back
into Executive Session until 3:46 p.m. to evaluate the
qualifications of an applicant for public employment or to review
the performance of a public employee. However, subject to
RCW 42.30.140(4), discussion by a governing body of salaries, wages,
