06/15/2022 MINUTES 1 <br />COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />BOCC CONFERENCE ROOM <br />SPECIAL MEETING <br /> <br />WEDNESDAY 3:00 P.M. JUNE 15, 2022 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Vice-Chairman Cory <br />Wright; and Commissioner Brett Wachsmith. <br /> <br />Others: Emily Smith, Administrative Assistant; Neil Caulkins, Chief <br />Civil Deputy. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 3:00 p.m. Chairman Osiadacz opened a Special Meeting for a BoCC <br />working session. <br /> <br />At 3:03 p.m. Chairman Osiadacz announced the Board and Neil Caulkins <br />would recess into an Executive Session until 3:13 p.m. under RCW <br />42.30.110 (i) to discuss with legal counsel representing the agency <br />matters relating to agency enforcement actions, or to discuss with <br />legal counsel representing the agency litigation or potential <br />litigation to which the agency, the governing body, or a member <br />acting in an official capacity is, or is likely to become, a party, <br />when public knowledge regarding the discussion is likely to result <br />in an adverse legal or financial consequence to the agency. No <br />action is anticipated. <br /> <br />At 3:13 p.m. the Board and Neil Caulkins reconvened out of Executive <br />Session.
