COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES
KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON
BOCC CONFERENCE ROOM
SPECIAL MEETING
WEDNESDAY 3:00 P.M. JUNE 15, 2022
Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Vice-Chairman Cory
Wright; and Commissioner Brett Wachsmith.
Others: Emily Smith, Administrative Assistant; Neil Caulkins, Chief
Civil Deputy.
SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS
At 3:00 p.m. Chairman Osiadacz opened a Special Meeting for a BoCC
working session.
At 3:03 p.m. Chairman Osiadacz announced the Board and Neil Caulkins
would recess into an Executive Session until 3:13 p.m. under RCW
42.30.110 (i) to discuss with legal counsel representing the agency
matters relating to agency enforcement actions, or to discuss with
legal counsel representing the agency litigation or potential
litigation to which the agency, the governing body, or a member
acting in an official capacity is, or is likely to become, a party,
when public knowledge regarding the discussion is likely to result
in an adverse legal or financial consequence to the agency. No
action is anticipated.
At 3:13 p.m. the Board and Neil Caulkins reconvened out of Executive
Session. No action was taken.
SPECIAL MEETING BOCC WORKING SESSION COMMISSIONERS
The Board discussed the Mountains to Sound Greenway draft document.

Chairman Osiadacz will bring concerns and questions to Mountains to
Sound Greenway and draft a response for the Board to consider.
