Board members present: Chair Laura Osiadacz, Vice-Chair Cory Wright, Commissioner Brett Wachsmith

Meeting called to order at 11:03 AM.
Request Discussion and Direction on Information Collected in the IT Service Request System
There was discussion about the data IT staff enters into the service request system, collected by other
central services, and collected by other departments. The board directed Mr. Goeben to return with a
recommendation on which data should be collected in the service request system under what
circumstances. The board will continue the discussion with IT and other department heads.
Request Discussion and Direction on Time Reporting
There was discussion of the board’s expectations for time and attendance recording procedures for
department heads and other exempt employees. The board will continue the discussion with the Human
Resource Director and legal counsel and provide direction to department heads.
