STATE OF WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE EXECUTION OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT BETWEEN GUARDIAN RFID AND KITTITAS COUNTY
RESOLUTION No. 2022 -
WHEREAS: Among other things, Guardian RFID provides a system comprised of software,
hardware, support services, and a web -based software as a service platform to deliver
a wide range of inmate management, monitoring, and tracking solutions; and
WHEREAS: Among other things Kittitas County operates a correctional facility located at 205 W
5th Ave. Suite 1 EIlensburg, WA 98926 and in doing so must maintain control over
inmates and property; and
WHEREAS: Kittitas County desires to implement the Guardian RFID System by licensing the
software, purchasing the hardware and support services, and obtaining rights to use
the web -based software as a service platform. Guardian RFID is willing to provide
computer hardware and software for inmate management, monitoring, and tracking
solutions for Kittitas County exclusively at the facility; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED in consideration of the mutual promises and
covenants contained herein together with other good and valuable consideration, the receipt
and legal sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the Parties incorporate the Recitals
herein and that the Agreement between Guardian RFID and the Kittitas County Jail shall
commence on July 5, 2022 and continue to until terminated.
