AGENDA DATE: July 5, 2022
ACTION REQUESTED: Approve a SECO Basic Service Operating (BSO) Contract
for SFY2023 & Signature Authorization Form with the
Washington State Military Department.
BACKGROUND: George Long, Executive Director for KITTCOM, has requested the
Board approve the SECO Basic Service Operating (BSO) Contract
for SFY2023 for E911 services. Contract No. E23-019 with the
Washington State Military Department is in the amount of
$297,783.00 for the period beginning July 1, 2022, through August
15, 2023.
INTERACTION: The proposed documents have been reviewed and approved by the
Prosecutors office through CAMAS SR #54340, as well as Brian
Carlson, Budget & Finance Director.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve the SECO Basic Service Operating (BSO) Contract for
SFY2023 and Signature Authorization Form with the Washington
State Military Department.
HANDLING: 2 originals – George Long, KITTCOM to obtain State signature.
Mr. Long to provide one fully executed original to Clerk of the
Board and then BOCC Staff to forward copy to the Auditor &
Prosecutor’s office.
