<br />KITTITAS COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONER’S OFFICE <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: July 5, 2022 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Approve the SECO Equipment Contract for SFY 2022/23 <br />& Signature Authorization Form with the Washington State <br />Military Department. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: George Long, Executive Director for KITTCOM, has requested the <br />Board approve the SECO Equipment Contract for SFY 2022/23 for <br />E911 services. Contract No. E22-304 is with the Washington State <br />Military Department and in the amount of $130,461.00. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: The proposed documents have been reviewed and approved by the <br />Prosecutors office through CAMAS SR #54364, as well as Brian <br />Carlson, Budget & Finance Director. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />Approve the SECO Equipment Contract for SFY2022/23 and <br />Signature Authorization Form with the Washington State Military <br />Department. <br /> <br />HANDLING: 2 originals – George Long, KITTCOM to obtain State signature. <br />Mr. Long to provide one fully executed original to Clerk of the <br />Board and then BOCC Staff to forward copy to the Auditor & <br />Prosecutor’s office. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Contract E22-304 & Signature Authorization Form. <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board. <br /> George Long, Executive Director KITTCOM <br /> <br />
