AGENDA DATE: July 5, 2022
ACTION REQUESTED: Approve the SECO Equipment Contract for SFY 2022/23
& Signature Authorization Form with the Washington State
Military Department.
BACKGROUND: George Long, Executive Director for KITTCOM, has requested the
Board approve the SECO Equipment Contract for SFY 2022/23 for
E911 services. Contract No. E22-304 is with the Washington State
Military Department and in the amount of $130,461.00.
INTERACTION: The proposed documents have been reviewed and approved by the
Prosecutors office through CAMAS SR #54364, as well as Brian
Carlson, Budget & Finance Director.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve the SECO Equipment Contract for SFY2022/23 and
Signature Authorization Form with the Washington State Military
Department.
HANDLING: 2 originals – George Long, KITTCOM to obtain State signature.
Mr. Long to provide one fully executed original to Clerk of the
Board and then BOCC Staff to forward copy to the Auditor &
Prosecutor’s office.
