2022 AGENDA STAFF REPORT
AGENDA DATE: July 5, 2022
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to set a Public Hearing for July 19, 2022, at 2:00
pm local time to consider a Road Vacation request for
vacating a portion of Boondoggle Road public right-of-
way.
BACKGROUND: Public Works received a road vacation application to vacate
a portion of Boondoggle Road public rights of way. A
public hearing is required by County code considering the
merits of the vacation request. At the public hearing, the
County Engineer will provide the Board an Engineer's
Report addressing the vacation request pursuant to County
Code and State law.
INTERACTION: Public Works.
RECOMMENDATION: Schedule a public hearing for July 19, 2022, at 2:00 PM
local time hearing the vacation request vacating a portion
of Boondoggle Road public right-of-way.
HANDLING: Return one Notice of Public Hearing to Public Works.
