The agenda was amended to move the MRT update from “other business” to the beginning of the
meeting and move the DD Millage update to the next meeting.
MRT update
Jesse Cox gave an update on Mountain River Trails and code enforcement actions. There was discussion
about next steps and other county department’s involvement.
Draft Bylaws presentation
Director Tristen Lamb presented the Draft Board of Health Bylaws document for BOCC review. There
was discussion about the draft document. Commissioner Wright had questions about term limits, some
clarifying language and evaluations of Health Officer and Administrative Officer.
Director Lamb stated that she would add the BOH Bylaws to the BOH meeting in May.
