RESOLUTION NO. 2022 - I A"T
AUTHORIZING THE SELECTION OF KPG PSOMAS FOR SUPPORTING CryILAND
STRUCTURAL DESIGN FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF BRIDGE #07101 LIBERTY
ROAD OVDR SWAUK CREEK AND AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC WORIG
DIRECTOR TO NEGOTIATE AND EXECUTE A LOCAL AGENCY A & E
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT F'OR THE SAME - CRP #306-2I.
WHEREAS:Kittitas County Public Works advertised a Request for Statement of
Qualifications Supporting Civil and Structural Design for the Replacement of
Bridge #07101Liberty Road over Swauk Creek; and
WHEREAS: Submittals were due by May 26,2022,at 5:00pm; and
WHEREAS: Three (3) qualified firms submitted qualifications for review; and
WHEREAS: Public Works reviewed the submittals and recommends KPG Psomas as the
selected firm; and
NOW' THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, in the best
interest of the public, does hereby select KPG Psomas for supporting civil and
structural design for the replacement of Bridge #07101Liberty Road over Swauk
Creek, and authorizes the Public Works Director to negotiate and execute a Local
Agency A & E Professional Services Agreement for the same, CRP 306-21.
