ACTION REQUESTED: REQUEST TO APPROVE A RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING A LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN
KITTITAS COUNTY AIRPORT AND CENTERFUSE

BACKGROUND: Blackbird Wraps is growing their business and they have
grown out of their current office space. Because of this, and
that the Airport Office will be moving into a new office
space closer to the airfield by the end of the year, the
Kittitas County Airport office will move into Blackbird
Wraps current office space, and Blackbird Wraps will
move into the current Kittitas County Airport office space.
DISCUSSION: The new lease agreement between Kittitas County Airport
and CenterFuse will begin July 1, 2022, and end April 30,
2023. The base rent for the space will be $1,187.55. This
equals to $.65 per square foot. This rate will last until
December 31, 2022. One January 1st, 2021, the rate will
increase to $.70 a foot. The monthly rent will then be
1,278.90 a month.
