A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING LEASE EXECUTION BETWEEN KITTITAS
COUNTY AND CENTERFUSE
WHEREAS: The county Airport Department has leased office space from Centerfuse
since January of 2021: and
WHEREAS: the Airport Department has been asked to trade spaces with Blackbird
Wraps to encourage business growth at the airport: and
WHEREAS: Centerfuse has prepared a new lease commencing on July 1. 2022, replacing
the existing lease, for a term expiring on April 30, 2023:and
WHEREAS: at a public agenda session the Board of County Commissioners determined it
to be in the public’s best interest to enter into a lease agreement with
Cetnerfuse for office space for the county’s Airport Department.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Kittitas County Board of
Commissioners authorizes the execution of a lease for office space between
the county and Centerfuse and Authorized the Airport Director to sign and
execute any other documents necessary to carry out the transaction.
