ACTION REQUESTED: REQUEST TO SET PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER
ADOPTING THE BOWERS FIELD LEASE POLICY.

BACKGROUND: Bowers Field Airport requests to set a public hearing to
consider adopting the Bowers Field Lease Policy on June
21, 2022 at 2 pm.
DISCUSSION: The Airport, in consultation with the Airport Advisory
Committee, Prosecutor’s Office and other interested
parties, has developed new lease policy incorporating
airside and landside leases providing the foundation for
future lease agreements.
INTERACTION: AAC, BoCC, Prosecutors Office.
RECOMMENDATION: To set a public hearing considering the approval of the
Bowers Field Lease Policy.
