KITTITAS COUNTY <br />AIRPORT DEPARTMENT <br />JUNE 7, 2022 <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: JUNE 7, 2022 CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: REQUEST TO SET PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER <br />ADOPTING THE BOWERS FIELD LEASE POLICY. <br /> <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Ken Grannan <br />Airport Director <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: Bowers Field Airport requests to set a public hearing to <br />consider adopting the Bowers Field Lease Policy on June <br />21, 2022 at 2 pm. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION: The Airport, in consultation with the Airport Advisory <br />Committee, Prosecutor’s Office and other interested <br />parties, has developed new lease policy incorporating <br />airside and landside leases providing the foundation for <br />future lease agreements. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: AAC, BoCC, Prosecutors Office. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: To set a public hearing considering the approval of the <br />Bowers Field Lease Policy. <br />HANDLING: none <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Public Notice <br />
