AGENDA DATE: June 7, 2022
ACTION REQUESTED: Request Boards signature on the On Call Professional
Service Agreement with Jacobs Project Management Co.
BACKGROUND: Kittitas County Solid Waste/Maintenance advertised a Request for
Qualifications for on call Engineering Services. We received six proposals and after
review we interview four firms. Upon completion of the interviews, it was determined to
be in the best interest of the county to move forward with two of the firms.
The attached Professional Service Agreement if for Jacobs Project Management Co. The
agreement has been reviewed by the prosecutors’ offices and signed by Jacobs Project
Management Co.
INTERACTION: Solid Waste Department, Jacobs Project Management and
Prosecutors Office.
RECOMMENDATION: Signature of the Board on the Professional Services
agreement.
HANDLING: Return a signed copy to Solid Waste Director.
