2022 AGENDA STAFF REPORT
AGENDA DATE: June 7, 2022
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to schedule a Public Hearing for June 21St, 2022, at
2:00 pm local time to consider a Road Vacation request for
vacating a portion of Silverton Road.
BACKGROUND: Public Works received a road vacation application to vacate
public right-of-way for the unconstructed portion of
Silverton Road. A public hearing is required by County
code considering the merits of the vacation request. At the
public hearing, the County Engineer will provide the Board
an Engineer's Report addressing the vacation request
pursuant to County Code and State law.
INTERACTION: Public Works.
RECOMMENDATION: Schedule a public hearing for June 21St, 2022, at 2:00 PM
local time hearing the vacation request vacating right-of-
way for the unconstructed portion of Silverton Road.
HANDLING: Return one Notice of Public Hearing to Public Works.

205 West 5th Avenue, Room 109, Kittitas County Courthouse, Ellensburg, WA to consider the vacation of a portion of
Silverton Road.
