AGENDA DATE: June 7, 2022
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve a Professional Services Agreement with
Spotlight Productions for Patriot Night Under the Lights
BACKGROUND: The Kittitas Valley Event Center requests approval of the professional
services agreement (PSA) with Spotlight Productions for lighting and
sound services during the Patriot Night Under the Lights event. KVEC
has hired Spotlight Productions for every Patriot Night Under the Lights
event and they provide outstanding service and quality. The Event Center
Director is authorized to sign agreements up to $10,000, but no more.
The total estimated cost of this agreement is over $11,804.70, therefore
requiring approval from BOCC.
