Board members present: Chair Laura Osiadacz, Vice-Chair Cory Wright, Commissioner Brett Wachsmith

Regular Meeting Information Technology
Meeting called to order at 11:04 AM.
Lean Update
The board asked for a special meeting of the Management Team to ask for feedback on the proposed
changes request by IT, which can be attended by Board Chair Laura Osiadacz.
IT Operations
The board asked for a meeting with Directors Goeben and Carlson at a future study session to address
any concerns with the new IT Systems Analyst position, their on-boarding, and their first project.
Other Business
Mr. Goeben advised the board of the recommendation of the Management Team to hire a full-time
permanent county employee replacement Communications Director who would support all offices and
departments.
Meeting adjourned at 11:40 AM.
