A RESOLUTION TERMINATING A LEASE
WHEREAS: Kittitas County Public Works leased properly at Bowers Field; and
WHEREAS: such lease is no longer needed; and
WHEREAS: the parties desire to terminate said lease; and
WHEREAS: the Board of County Commissioners determined it to be in the best interest
of the public to terminate said lease.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Board of County
Cornmissioners is authorized to execute the termination of lease between Kittitas County
Public Works and the Bowers Field Airport attached hereto and incorporated herein by
this reference.

MUTUAL AGREEMENT TO TERMINATE LEASE
We, the undersigned, agree to terminate the contract and agree to the following terms:
. This agreement represents a mutual termination of the Lease.
. This agreement is effective on the last day of the month llsted below.
r Both parties undersiand that this mutualtermination action cannot be reversed without the Lessor's
written consent.. This agreement can be used to waive the required 30-day notice to terminate the lease agreement.
The contract will be terminated 3-31-2022 (must be the last day of the monft)'

Contract Terminations
9ccupancy after the Termination Date
lf the Lessee continues to occupy the premises afier the contract is lerminated, the Lessee isresponsible for the total amount of rent due to the Lessor for the remaining life of the existing
contract.
Recommendations to Lessee$r Lessee is expected to adhere to the termination date of the contracto Make sure that rent is paid through the end of the contract. Give the Lessor a valid forwarding address prior to move-outr Establish and conduct a move-out inspection with the Lessorr Vacancy of the premises should reflect the appearance and condition at the time of themove-in [with the exceptions of normalwear and tearJr Consult & resolve with the Lessor if damages exceed normalwear and tear
