RESOLUTTON NO. 2022 - l08
AUTHORIZING THE CHAIR'S SIGNATURE ON AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO JACOBS
ENGINEERING GROUP TASK ORDER NO. 1 - GENERAL ON.CALL
ENVIRONMENTAL AND PLANNING ASSISTANCE
WHEREAS: Public Works has a Task Order contract with Jacobs Engineering Group for
General On-Call Environmental and Planning Assistance; and
WHEREAS: The original Task OrderNo. t had a set amount of $50,000; and
WHEREAS: This amendment authorizes an additional $40,000 supporting Public Works in the
absence of an environmental planner at this time and the additional funding
requires Board of County Commission authorization; and
WHEREAS: Public Works has a project requiring environmental permit support for a
necessary construction project associated with the Lick Creek Fish Banier
Removal project.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, in the
best interest of the public, does hereby authorize the Chairman's signature on Jacobs Engineering
Group Amendment No. I to Task Order No. 1 increasing the amount of the Task Order from
$50,000 to $90,000.
