RESOLUTION NO. 2022-_____
A Resolution adopting the Kittitas County Sheriff Cost per
Deputy for the Budget Year 2022
WHEREAS, Kittitas County Sheriff’s Department provides services via contract, for which it
charges an hourly rate, and;
WHEREAS, pursuant to 2 CFR Part 200, Kittitas County, as a recipient of Federal Grant Awards,
is required to establish and formally adopt a cost-rate for its Deputies, and;
WHEREAS, the County Auditor has reviewed the Cost per Deputy Plan and certified the
calculated rates.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners adopts the
following Cost-per-Deputy hourly rates, as certified by the County Auditor, effective January 1, 2022:
Federal Non-Federal
Regular 71.00$ 85.00$
Overtime 107.00$ 128.00$
