KITTITAS COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2022-_____ <br /> <br />A Resolution adopting the Kittitas County Sheriff Cost per <br />Deputy for the Budget Year 2022 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Kittitas County Sheriff’s Department provides services via contract, for which it <br />charges an hourly rate, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to 2 CFR Part 200, Kittitas County, as a recipient of Federal Grant Awards, <br />is required to establish and formally adopt a cost-rate for its Deputies, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County Auditor has reviewed the Cost per Deputy Plan and certified the <br />calculated rates. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners adopts the <br />following Cost-per-Deputy hourly rates, as certified by the County Auditor, effective January 1, 2022: <br /> <br />Federal Non-Federal <br />Regular 71.00$ 85.00$ <br />Overtime 107.00$ 128.00$ <br /> <br />ADOPTED this 17th day of May, 2022 <br /> <br /> BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br /> <br /> _______________________________ <br /> Chairman <br /> <br /> _______________________________ <br /> Vice-Chairman <br />ATTEST <br /> _____________________________ <br /> Commissioner <br /> <br />____________________________________ <br />Clerk of the Board/Deputy Clerk of the Board
