MUTUAL AGREEMENT TO TERMINATE LEASE
We, the undersigned, agree to terminate the contract and agree to the following terms:
This agreement represents a mutual termination of the Lease.
• This agreement is effective on the last day of the month listed below.
• Both parties understand that this mutual termination action cannot be reversed without the Lessor's
written consent.
• This agreement can be used to waive the required 30 -day notice to terminate the lease agreement.
The contract will be terminated 3-31-2022 (must be the last day of the month)
PLEASE NOTE: Lessee is responsible for cancelling all utilities associated with this lease

Contract Terminations
Occupancy after the Termination Date
If the Lessee continues to occupy the premises after the contract is terminated, the Lessee is
responsible for the total amount of rent due to the Lessor for the remaining life of the existing
contract.
Recommendations to Lessees:
• Lessee is expected to adhere to the termination date of the contract
• Make sure that rent is paid through the end of the contract
• Give the Lessor a valid forwarding address prior to move -out
• Establish and conduct a move -out inspection with the Lessor
• Vacancy of the premises should reflect the appearance and condition at the time of the
move -in [with the exceptions of normal wear and tear]
• Consult & resolve with the Lessor if damages exceed normal wear and tear
Recommendations to Lessors:
• Lessor is expected to adhere to the termination date of the contract

• Obtain a valid forwarding address for the Lessee prior to move out
• Establish and conduct a move -out inspection with the Lessee
