COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON BOCC CONFERENCE ROOM/ WEBEX SPECIAL MEETING MONDAY 10:00 A.M. APRIL 18, 2022
Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Vice-Chairman Cory
Wright; and Commissioner Brett Wachsmith.
Others: Taylor Crouch, Administrative Assistant; Phil Backlund,
Consultant; and 1 member of the public.
SPECIAL MEETING MONTHLY CHECK-IN COMMISSIONERS
At 10:01 a.m. Chairman Osiadacz opened a Special Meeting with Phil
Backlund, for a Monthly Check In update.
Phil Backlund, Consultant reviewed the Agenda and schedule for the
meeting.
The Board reviewed good news; reviewed the Board’s ten- and three-
year plans; review of the marketing plan; one year plan; rock
development; and a rating of the meeting. There was discussion on
the future of this process, and there was discussion of Management
Team facilitation.
Meeting adjourned at 10:52 a.m.
