APRIL 18, 2022 <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Vice-Chairman Cory <br />Wright; and Commissioner Brett Wachsmith. <br /> <br />Others: Taylor Crouch, Administrative Assistant; Phil Backlund, <br />Consultant; and 1 member of the public. <br /> SPECIAL MEETING MONTHLY CHECK-IN COMMISSIONERS <br />At 10:01 a.m. Chairman Osiadacz opened a Special Meeting with Phil <br />Backlund, for a Monthly Check In update. <br /> <br />Phil Backlund, Consultant reviewed the Agenda and schedule for the <br />meeting. <br /> <br />The Board reviewed good news; reviewed the Board’s ten- and three- <br />year plans; review of the marketing plan; one year plan; rock <br />development; and a rating of the meeting.
