RESOLUTION
NO.: 2022-___
A RESOLUTION TERMINATING A LEASE
WHEREAS: Kittitas County Public Works leased property at Bowers Field; and
WHEREAS: such lease is no longer needed; and
WHEREAS: the parties desire to terminate said lease; and
WHEREAS: the Board of County Commissioners determined it to be in the best interest
of the public to terminate said lease.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Board of County
Commissioners is authorized to execute the termination of lease between Kittitas County
Public Works and the Bowers Field Airport attached hereto and incorporated herein by
this reference.
ADOPTED this day of 2022.
