2022 AGENDA STAFF REPORT
AGENDA DATE: May 3, 2022
ACTION REQUESTED: Set a Public Hearing for May 17, 2022, at 2:00 pm, local
time, to consider a Proposed Vacation of a Portion of
Holiday Avenue in Vantage, WA
BACKGROUND: Grant County PUD proposes intensifying land use in the
vicinity of Holiday Avenue in Vantage, WA. There is no
public parking associated with Holiday Avenue. The
proposed swim area, at the old private marina site, is
expected to create an attractive nuisance for an adjoining
property owner. Public Works proposes vacating a portion
of Holiday Avenue to the adjoining property owner and to
Water District No. 6, reserving an access easement for
District 6.
INTERACTION: Public Works.
RECOMMENDATION: Schedule a public hearing for May 17, 2022, at 2:00 pm,
local time, to consider vacating a portion of Holiday
Avenue in Vantage, WA.
HANDLING: Return one original to Public Works.

West 5th Avenue, Room 109, Kittitas County Courthouse, Ellensburg, WA to consider a proposed vacation of a portion of
Holiday Avenue in Vantage, Washington.
