ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Acknowledge Mod 4 of the Cooperative Law
Enforcement Agreement #19 -LE -11061700-009 between the Kittitas County Sheriff's
Office and the US Forest Service, Okanogan -Wenatchee National Forest.
BACKGROUND: The Kittitas County Sheriff's Office has worked with the US Forest
Service for several years. The purpose of this Mod 4 is to allocate additional funds of
$39,552.60 for the year 2022.
INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney's Office has reviewed and
approved.
RECOMMENDATION: Request to Acknowledge Mod 4 of the Cooperative Law
Enforcement Agreement #19 -LE -11061700-009 between the Kittitas County Sheriff's
Office and the US Forest Service, Okanogan -Wenatchee National Forest.
