RESOLUTION

Authorization Amendment to the Airport Advisory Committee’s Bylaws
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners desires to encourage and nurture
optimal leadership of its municipal airport-Bowers Field; and,
WHEREAS, to that end has provided for an Airport Advisory Committee; and,
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners desires to make an amendment to the
Airport Advisory Committee’s bylaws providing for member indemnity.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:
The Board of County Commissioners authorizes the amendment, as attached hereto, of
the Airport Advisory Committee’s bylaws.
ADOPTED this day of 2022.
