The foodservice applicant <br />must apply to the Kittitas County Public Health Department for their temporary foodservice <br />permit at least two weeks prior to the event. <br />The estimated attendance for the event is 100 to 150 people. The applicant must provide sanieans <br />and handwashing strategically located in high use areas (two sanicans each) throughout the <br />course of the event with at least one being a handicapped sanican. A camping area has been <br />designated for the event; therefore, two porta-potties must be placed in the camping section for <br />the duration of the event. <br />Garbage cans with tight-fitting lids must be provided at each high-use area and throughout the <br />course as well as in the camping area with a dumpster placed in the parking area. <br />Thank you for the opportunity to comment on this upcoming event.
