has at this time met all the requirements of the Kittitas County Public Health Department
including:
o Bathroom Facilities: 5 standard and I ADA
r 3 yard dumpster and 3 recycling containers along the street

Good Afternoon! Our office received the attached Special Event Application & Application fee
from Cindy Mclaughlin to host the Easton Memorial Day Parade, to be held on May 28,2022. I
will be placing this request on the April 19,2022 Commissioner Agenda for the Board's
consideration. Please submit your departments recommendation to me no later than April
5,2022 by noon. lf there are still outstanding issues, please indicate those in writing as well. For
specific questions regarding the event I would ask that you contact the applicant directly.
Treasurer Staff Please provide me the status of Admissions Tax for past events and if any late
fees are outstanding. Again, thank you all for your time I know your all incredibly busy. Have a

After review of the special event application submitted by Cindy Mclaughlin to hold the Easton
Memorial Day Celebration on May 28,2022,Kittitas County Public Works requires the
following:
Two (2) Week notice in the Northern Kittitas County Tribune and Daily Record to give residents
and the traveling public notice of the event.
Placement of Detour Ahead and Detour route signs are required along with Certified Flaggers at
both ends ofthe detour route.
Kittitas County Public Works recommends approval of this event based on the information and
proposal submitted along with the conditions mentioned above.
