Ruby St., Suite 2, Ellensburg, WA 98926 <br />CDS@CO.KITTITAS.WA.US <br />Office (509) 962-7506 <br /> <br /> <br />“Building Partnerships – Building Communities” <br /> <br />BOCC AGENDA SESSION <br />STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: April 19, 2022 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: BOCC Signature of mylar granting final approval for the Suncadia Ph. 3 Div. 17 Plat <br />(LPF-22-00002 & LP-21-00002). <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The Suncadia Ph. 3 Div. 17 Preliminary Plat was approved on November 2, 2021 <br />through Resolution No. 2021-165. The plat covers approximately 620.11 acres <br />accessed via Tumble Creek Drive. <br /> <br /> The applicant submitted the final plat application on February 12, 2022, requesting <br />final mylar approval for the Suncadia Ph. 3 Div. 17 Plat. A second complete <br />submittal package containing updated information was received on March 25, 2022. <br />This Plat creates 80 detached residential lots with access and open space tracts. The <br />proposed lots range in size from 14,500 to 45,200 square feet. Staff reviewed the <br />final mylar with supporting documentation and finds that it is consistent with the <br />preliminary approval documents. The mylar has been reviewed by all reviewing <br />departments, and all signatures have been obtained. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: Board of Commissioners, Community Development Services, Public Works, Public <br />Health, and Assessor’s Office. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Signature of the BOCC Chair on the mylar for final plat approval of the Suncadia <br />Ph. 3 Div. 17 Plat (LPF-22-00002 & LP-21-00002). <br /> <br />HANDLING: Return signed mylar to staff for transmittal to authorized agent for Treasurer <br />signature and recording. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Final mylar for Suncadia Ph. 3 Div. 17 Plat (LPF-22-00002 & LP-21-00002). <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Jeremiah Cromie, Staff Planner
