2022 AGENDA STAFF REPORT
AGENDA DATE: April 19, 2022
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to schedule a Public Hearing for May 3`d, 2022, at
2:00 pm local time to consider a Road Vacation request for
vacating public right-of-way within the Timber Valley Plat
BACKGROUND: Public Works received a road vacation request vacating
public rights of way within "Timber Valley" plat. A public
hearing is required by County code considering the merits
of the vacation request. At the public hearing, the County
Engineer will provide the Board an Engineer's Report
addressing the vacation request pursuant to County Code
and State law.
INTERACTION: Public Works.
RECOMMENDATION: Schedule a public hearing for May 3`d, 2022, at 2:00 PM
local time hearing the vacation request vacating various
rights of way within "Timber Valley" plat.
HANDLING: Return one Notice of Public Hearing to Public Works.
ATTACHMENTS: Notice of Public Hearing.

The Board of Kittitas County Commissioners will meet at 2:00 pm on May 3, 2022 at the Commissioners' Auditorium, 205
West 5th Avenue, Room 109, Kittitas County Courthouse, Ellensburg, WA to consider a Road Vacation request for vacating
public right-of-way within the Timber Valley Plat.
