2022 AGENDA STAFF REPORT
AGENDA DATE: April 19, 2022
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Set a Public Hearing on May 3, 2022, at 2:00
pm, local time, to consider the Vacation of Hillview Drive.
BACKGROUND: Improvements to Bowers Road in 2005 negate the necessity
for Hillview Drive. All Bowers Road residents access
directly from Bowers Road or common access points.
Hillview Road does not currently serve any property
owners. Public Works desires removing the public right of
way from the public road network.
INTERACTION: Public Works.
RECOMMENDATION: Set a Public Hearing for May 3, 2022, at 2:00 pm local time
to consider the Vacation of Hillview Drive and accept
public testimony.
HANDLING: Return one original to Public Works.

The Board of Kittitas County Commissioners will meet at 2:00 pm on May 3, 2022, at the Commissioners' Auditorium, 205
West 5th Avenue, Room 109, Kittitas County Courthouse, Ellensburg, WA to consider the vacation of Hillview Drive.
