KITTITAS COUNTY <br />Board of County Commissioners <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: April 19, 2022 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve and Execute a Resolution Ratifying and <br />Specifying Funding for the MOU between Superior Court and Court <br />Advocates for Children for Kittitas County. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: On January 26, 2011 the Superior Court entered into an MOU with <br />Court Advocates for Kittitas County (copy uploaded). That MOU <br />was replaced with one in 2019 (copy attached). This Resolution <br />specifies funding for 2022 in the amount of $62,900, which is the <br />same as paid in 2021. <br /> <br />Court Advocates also receives funding from the State.
