Kittitas County <br />Auditor <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />4/19/2022 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Approve a subrecipient agreement between Kittitas County and Friends in Service to Humanity (FISH) for <br />CDBG General Purpose Grant funds, agreement 21-62210-030 <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />FISH has been awarded a $900K Community Dev Block Grant from HUD via Washington Dept of <br />Commerce. This agenda item requests approval of a subrecipient agreement whereby County acts in a <br />funding pass-through capacity, and also provides administrative support. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Agreement has been reviewed by prosecutor's office and is approved as to form <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />approve <br /> <br />HANDLING: <br />BOCC staff obtain two partially-executed originals <br />route to Auditors/Accounting/Finance Director <br />Director will route to sub-recipient for full execution <br />with one copy returned to County <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: <br />Brian Carlson <br />
