ACTION REQUESTED:
Approve a subrecipient agreement between Kittitas County and Friends in Service to Humanity (FISH) for
CDBG General Purpose Grant funds, agreement 21-62210-030
BACKGROUND:
FISH has been awarded a $900K Community Dev Block Grant from HUD via Washington Dept of
Commerce. This agenda item requests approval of a subrecipient agreement whereby County acts in a
funding pass-through capacity, and also provides administrative support.
INTERACTION:
Agreement has been reviewed by prosecutor's office and is approved as to form
RECOMMENDATION:

HANDLING:
BOCC staff obtain two partially-executed originals
route to Auditors/Accounting/Finance Director
Director will route to sub-recipient for full execution
with one copy returned to County
