APRIL 11, 2022 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Vice-Chairman Cory <br />Wright and Commissioner Brett Wachsmith. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Administrative Supervisor; Julie Kjorsvik, <br />Clerk of the Board and 3 members of the public. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Osiadacz opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending April 8, 2022. <br /> <br />LETTER DENEEN – REAL ESTATE PURCHASE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright moved to approve Board signature on a letter <br />regarding Real estate Purchase & Sale Agreement – Deneen, as <br />presented. Commissioner Wachsmith seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />REAPPOINT SMITH - KCHA COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright moved to reappoint Nicalee Smith for a 5 year <br />term on the Kittitas County Housing Authority effective immediately <br />noting her new term would end on 4/6/2027. Commissioner Wachsmith <br />seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />APPOINT RENFROW – FCZD COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright moved to appoint Brent Renfrow for a 2 year term <br />on the Flood Control Zone Dist., effective immediately noting his
