APRIL 4, 2022 <br /> <br />Board members present: Vice-Chairman Cory Wright and Commissioner <br />Brett Wachsmith. Absent: Chairman Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Administrative Supervisor; Taylor Crouch, <br />Admin Asst.; Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Greg Zempel, <br />Prosecutor; Elisha Harvill, Chief Administrator; Kristine Foreman, <br />HR Director; Chris Horner, Deputy Prosecutor. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Vice-Chairman Wright opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending April 1, 2022. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION RISK MANAGEMENT UPDATE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Greg Zempel, Prosecutor presented documents for review and recapped <br />the meeting he had with HR, Commissioner Wright, and his Office last <br />week. He and Ms. Foreman stated they both felt good about the <br />direction things were headed. The Board suggested they brief the <br />County Management Team about the changes and then bring it forward <br />at the next HR Study Session for the Board to consider. <br /> <br />LETTER JILL SCHEFFER-KVEC COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wachsmith moved to approve Board signature a letter of <br />support to Jill Scheffer for the KEEN Interpretive Center as <br />presented. Vice Chairman Wright seconded. Motion carried 2-0. <br />
