AGENDA STAFF REPORT
AGENDA DATE: April 19, 2022
ACTION REQUESTED: Set a Public Hearing for May 3, 2022 amending Kittitas
County Code Chapter 2.04.010.
BACKGROUND: The Board of County Commissioners Office Staff has received
requests from CDS Director Carlson and Event Center Director
Porterfield asking to have updates made to their Study Session
day/time.
INTERACTION: Staff notified both Director Porterfield and Director Carlson that
the process had begun to make their desired changes to KCC
2.04.010 and that I would be setting a date of 5/3/2022 to set the
Public Hearing to Amend KCC 2.04.010.
RECOMMENDATION: Set a Public Hearing for May 3, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. to consider
amending KCC 2.04.010.
