BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2022. NA <br />TO AWARD THE CONTRACT FOR <br />TIJE2O22 ANNUAL PAINT STRIPE PROGRAM <br />AND AUTHORIZETHE COUNTY ENGINEER TO EXECUTE SAME <br />WHEREAS: The Department of Public Works solicited bids for the2022 Annual Paint <br />Stripe Program in accordance with RCW 39.04.155 Small Works Roster <br />Contract Procedures; and <br />WHEREAS: Sealed bids were opened on March 23,2022, at the Kittitas County Permit <br />Center, Department of Public Works, 411 N. Ruby Street, Suite 1, <br />Ellensburg, Washington; and <br />WHEREAS: Two (2) responsive bids were received for the prescribed work.
