<br />Professional Services Agreement <br />Page 1 <br />PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />Contract Amendment #1 <br /> <br /> This contract amendment modifies the Agreement made by and between Kittitas <br />County (hereinafter “the County”) and Central Washington Disability Resources (hereinafter <br />“Contractor”) entered into on date. Section of that Agreement authorizes amendments that <br />are mutually agreed and in writing. The County and Contractor hereby agree to the following <br />amendments: <br /> <br /> The term of this agreement is extended through June 30, 2022.
