ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners authorizes a Resolution authorizing the execution of a
contract amendment between the Kittitas County Public Health Department and Central
Washington Disability Resources (Effective dates: 11/05/2020 – 06/30/2022)
BACKGROUND:
The professional services agreement outlines contractor’s scope of work for services and
materials provided to the County set forth in the project narrative identified in Exhibit "A"
during the Agreement period. This amendment extends the contract end date to 06/30/2022
to complete the scope of work.
INTERACTION:
Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on 03/28/2022
Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on 03/29/2022
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners authorizes a Resolution authorizing the execution of a
contract amendment between the Kittitas County Public Health Department and Central
Washington Disability Resources (Effective dates: 11/05/2020 – 06/30/2022)
