Kittitas County <br />Public Health Department <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />April 5th, 2022 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />The Board of County Commissioners authorizes a Resolution authorizing the execution of a <br />contract amendment between the Kittitas County Public Health Department and Central <br />Washington Disability Resources (Effective dates: 11/05/2020 – 06/30/2022) <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The professional services agreement outlines contractor’s scope of work for services and <br />materials provided to the County set forth in the project narrative identified in Exhibit "A" <br />during the Agreement period.
