ACTION REQUESTED:
Adopt Resolution
BACKGROUND:
The BOCC, at a previous hearing, voted to have the question of whether to adopt a REET II tax to the voters
at the November 2022 general election.
INTERACTION:
At the request of Commissioner Osiadacz, the attached resolution was drafted.
RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt resolution and forward adopted version to the Auditor's Office.
