PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENTContract Amendment #2This contract amendment extends and modifies the Agreement made by and between Kittitas County (hereinafter “the County”) and Robin <br />Read (hereinafter “Contractor”) executed on 11/01/2020 that is attached hereto and hereby incorporated by this reference. Section 12 of that Agreement, allows for modifications that <br />are written and are mutually agreed to by both parties. The County and Contractor agree to the following amendments:The term of the Agreement is extended through January 31, 2022. Any <br />party may terminate this Agreement by giving thirty (30) days’ notice in writing either personally delivered or mailed postage-prepaid by certified mail, return receipt requested, to <br />the party's last known address for the purposes of giving notice under this paragraph.In addition, the compensation for satisfactory performance of the work shall be increased to$85.00 <br />per hour from January 1, 2022 forward.All other terms and conditions in the Agreement remain unchanged.
