ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners approves and signs the resolution approving the (revised)
amendment #2 to the Professional Service Agreement between Kittitas County Health
Department and Robin Read.
BACKGROUND:
The amendment to the PSA between Kittitas County and Robin Read increases the allowable
hourly rate from $75.00 to $85.00, and extends the end date of the contract to 01/31/2022
INTERACTION:
Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved 03/17/2022
Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved 03/18/2022
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners approves and signs the resolution approving the (revised)
amendment #2 to the Professional Service Agreement between Kittitas County Health
Department and Robin Read.
