NoW THEREFoRE, this amendment allows for the extension of the contract throughoctober 31, 2022' All otherterms and conditions of the contract remain in effect.
Section 1. Scope of Work and pavment.
a' As fuil compensation for the Agency's services, the county agrees to pay Agency thesum of one Thousand Four Hundred rwenty three Dollars and Eleven cents($1'423'11)' The Agency is eligible to claim reimbursement for the following items andamounts only.
