ACTION REQUESTED: REQUEST TO SET A PUBLIC HEARING TO
CONSIDER AMENDING CARROLL/HAHNEMANN T-
HANGAR LEASE.
BACKGROUND: Bowers Field Airport requests to set a public hearing on
April 5, 2022, to consider amending the
Carroll/Hahnemann T-Hangar Lease to eliminate Kelly
Carroll from the lease and change the primary tenant to
Austin Hahnemann.
DISCUSSION: The removal of Kelly Carrol from the lease was requested
with the addition of Marcus Hahnemann requesting the
primary name on the lease be his son Austin. Austin has
been the primary tenant as a student at CWU for the past
year.
INTERACTION: Tenant and Airport Staff
RECOMMENDATION: Set public hearing concerning T-Hangar Leases for April 5,
2022, at 2pm.
