KITTITAS COUNTY <br />AIRPORT DEPARTMENT <br />APRIL 5, 2022 AGENDA <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: APRIL 5, 2022 CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: REQUEST TO SET A PUBLIC HEARING TO <br />CONSIDER AMENDING CARROLL/HAHNEMANN T- <br />HANGAR LEASE. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: Bowers Field Airport requests to set a public hearing on <br />April 5, 2022, to consider amending the <br />Carroll/Hahnemann T-Hangar Lease to eliminate Kelly <br />Carroll from the lease and change the primary tenant to <br />Austin Hahnemann. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION: The removal of Kelly Carrol from the lease was requested <br />with the addition of Marcus Hahnemann requesting the <br />primary name on the lease be his son Austin. Austin has <br />been the primary tenant as a student at CWU for the past <br />year. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: Tenant and Airport Staff <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Set public hearing concerning T-Hangar Leases for April 5, <br />2022, at 2pm. <br />HANDLING: None <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Public notice <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Ken Grannan <br />Airport Director
